MJ Holding Company is constructing two new buildings in Mayorca City. In recent days, the concrete foundation work for the two new buildings, designated A7 and A8, was completed to a high standard of engineering quality.

Zrian Salah, Director of Media and Marketing for the MJ Holding Group of Companies, told 'Mulk News', "The foundations of these buildings are built on hundreds of piles, utilizing high-quality concrete and rebar to ensure the long-term durability of the structures."

He added, "Necessary tests are conducted daily in the company's dedicated laboratory. Only after confirming each material's type and quality is it used will we be able to deliver a solid and robust building to its owners."

Mayorca City is a large residential city built next to Hawary Shar Park. Life has already begun in the first zone, while construction continues in the other zones.
