Sulaimani, Kurdistan Region – A government delegation, led by Mr. Amanj Jalal, the Director-General of Sulaimani Investment, conducted an official visit to the Mayorca City project. The delegation was received by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MJ Holding Group.

 

During a meeting, the discussion focused on the general investment climate in Sulaimani, with a particular emphasis on the residential sector. The meeting also addressed potential solutions for the challenges and obstacles facing such projects.

 

Following the meeting, the government delegation undertook a field tour of the project, where they were briefed on the various stages of construction. This visit marks a significant step towards strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors, as well as supporting strategic projects in the city of Sulaimani.
